| The ThermaView diagnostics system is a microprocessor-based graphics package that gives mill operators a constant display of welder conditions, coupled with easy-to-use trouble-shooting indicators. A powerful preventive maintenance tool, the ThermaView system provides early warning of conditions which could result in system shutdown if not corrected.
To facilitate welder set-up, a Weld Rate Calculator will provide the recommended mill speed for an entered Kilowatt, or a recommended Kilowatt for an entered mill speed. |
