| Thermatool have considerable quantities of equipment installed worldwide, many well over twenty years old and all operating fully effectively. A key consideration in the business philosophy is product support and ongoing service.
Customer support capabilities begin with the design of the equipment and component selection where consideration is given to reliability and long-term availability of parts. The training of Customer service staff is also of significant importance in establishing a satisfactory level of competence for the business and serving not just the current product range but all products installed. Spare parts are stocked and available to support installed equipment and processed quickly and efficiently. Telephone support is provided during normal working hours by phone and fax and an after hours support service is also available 24hrs a day 365 days of the year. Technical training programmes are available to cover all products. These can be structured for operator or maintenance staff and can be undertaken either on-site or at the Thermatool Europe plant. |
